Growing Leaders: Executive MBA Sponsorship
KSA sponsors executive MBA (EMBA) programs for a limited number of high-performing Managers and Senior Managers. Qualified candidates have been with KSA for two or more years, have demonstrated leadership abilities, and do not hold MBAs. Selected individuals attend modular or weekend EMBA programs at top business schools. KSA pays 100% of tuition, books, travel, and lodging costs, as long as a “B” average or higher is maintained.
