What sets Kurt Salmon Associates apart from other management consulting firms?
Our unique retail and consumer products industry expertise and our people differentiate KSA from other firms. Our solutions range from strategy to operations and information technology. Our knowledgeable, highly skilled consultants deliver outstanding results and promote a collaborative atmosphere.

What do you look for in a successful consultant?
At KSA, we look at each candidate in two ways. We first consider the candidate’s background and potential; then we assess cultural fit. In addition to analytical and intellectual capabilities, we look for people who are resilient, motivated, and passionate about serving clients. We seek people who appreciate working in a team environment, take initiative, and enjoy a challenge. Here are some examples of successful KSA consultants.

Does KSA offer international opportunities?
Yes. While it may not be your first project, if you express a desire to gain international experience you will be considered for international assignments out of KSA’s offices in the Americas, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region based on project availability and required skill sets.

What is the culture like at KSA?
KSA is a knowledge-sharing environment where consultants learn by doing. In this format, you have the ability to take on as much responsibility as you can handle. The atmosphere is very collegial and collaborative and you tend to know everyone on a first-name basis, not by title. At KSA, you’ll find that we’re externally competitive, but internally cooperative, creating a dynamic and engaging work environment that has earned us a spot on Consulting Magazine’s “Top 10 Consulting Firms to Work For” for five years.

Where can I learn about employment opportunities with KSA? What if I can’t find an opening that matches my skill set?

From there, our recruiting team will review your background and experience. If we have an opportunity that matches your skills, we will contact you directly using the contact information you submit in your profile.
