Joël Nadjar leads the firm’s Global Financial Services Practice. He has more than 20 years of financial services experience, specializing in multichannel distribution models, banking mergers and business plans, service innovation, analytics, marketing and client relationship management, and banking and functional-architecture information technology for the private banking and asset management industries. He joins Kurt Salmon from Accenture, where he led large client services, analytical services, the financial services practice and a worldwide innovation program around next-generation banking. He is widely seen as a thought leader in the financial services industry, leading influential studies of customer behavior and banking trends. He is frequently quoted in leading publications such as Revue Banque, Talaris Interact and Le Figaro and has spoken at many industry conferences including Efma, Lafferty Group and the Microsoft Exchange Forum.

Madison Riley is the managing partner for the Asia Pacific business of Kurt Salmon, where he has worked for 25 years. Prior to this role, he was the managing partner overseeing Kurt Salmon’s practices in North America: Retail and Consumer, Health Care, Global Financial Services and CIO Advisory. Madison's client work is focused on providing retail and consumer companies with strategic planning, organizational design, consumer insights and merchandising process improvement services. He sits on the boards of both the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) and the Association of Management Consulting Firms (AMCF).
