Belgian companies are facing in this present crisis a number of important challenges to their survival. They are therefore placing a greater emphasis on new fundamentals at the base of their activities: operational strategy, performance improvements and flexibility.
As a result they must, in a competitive and globalized economy, differentiate themselves from competitors and identify key adaptation strategies to accelerate economic cycles and be flexible enough to act quickly. They also need to constantly adjust to a quickly evolving marketplace and look for productivity improvements and quality optimization.
