Frédéric Hertogs, who leads Kurt Salmon’s Belgian practice, has experience in both business and professional services. Frédéric was a Member of the Management Board of NYSE Euronext Brussels, focusing on strategy, change management, business development, sales and marketing involving most of Belgium and Luxembourg’s financial institutions. Prior to this experience, he perfected his skills in domains such as corporate finance, private banking and M&A through his work at KPMG Peat Marwick, Puilatco-Dewaay Bank and Europroperties. Frédéric also developed strong ties in the public sector working for different regional ministers in Belgium and will therefore also focus on developing Kurt Salmon’s Public Sector practice within the Belgian market, in addition to his role as Managing Partner.
Stefan Van Hulst
Stefan Van Hulst has several years of experience in the consulting. After 2 years working as auditor, he started as business consultant for Financial Architects to support and implement financial accounting and reporting software.
Stefan Van Hulst joined Kurt Salmon in 2010 as Senior Consultant for the Financial Services Industry. He participated on a project to analyse the reorganisation of the maintenance process at Elia. He is currently working on different projects in the Business Information Management department of BNP Paribas Fortis Retail and Private Banking. These projects are mainly focused on business and user acceptance testing and strategy definition
Managing Partner, Global Financial Services
Joël Nadjar leads the firm’s Global Financial Services Practice. He has more than 20 years of financial services experience, specializing in multichannel distribution models, banking mergers and business plans, service innovation, analytics, marketing and client relationship management, and banking and functional-architecture information technology for the private banking and asset management industries. He joins Kurt Salmon from Accenture, where he led large client services, analytical services, the financial services practice and a worldwide innovation program around next-generation banking. He is widely seen as a thought leader in the financial services industry, leading influential studies of customer behavior and banking trends. He is frequently quoted in leading publications such as Revue Banque, Talaris Interact and Le Figaro and has spoken at many industry conferences including Efma, Lafferty Group and the Microsoft Exchange Forum.
