08 June 2015 to 10 June 2015

Kurt Salmon health care strategists Jerry Darby and Jesse Balok will lead two discussions addressing the future of hospitals and how activation planning can help them prepare for the unexpected at the Building Healthcare Middle East Conference on June 10 in Dubai, UAE.

Darby and Balok will explore how a population health–focused care delivery model can impact capital assets and financial resources, outline strategies for maximizing health system capacity and identify ways to adapt master planning processes to match the needs of new distributed care models. Their second session dives into managing risks through activation planning, using past hospital activation and transition projects to illustrate both lessons learned and critical success factors.
