Kurt Salmon was selected as one of Consulting magazine’s “Best Firms to Work For” in 2012, building on a history of excellence in both work quality and culture.

Kurt Salmon, ranked 10th, earned especially high marks in client engagement—reflecting the firm’s uncompromising commitment to delivering meaningful results for leading organizations around the world.

“Beyond the honor of being named one of the Best Firms to Work For, this is an acknowledgement of our dedication to putting our clients first—in all that we do,” said Deputy CEO John Karonis. “We are proud of the work we are delivering to our clients and proud of one another’s accomplishments.”

Kurt Salmon also received exceptional ratings in firm leadership, which Randy Unger, professional advancement director and partner in the firm’s Retail and Consumer Products Group, attributes to the success of the firm’s merger.

“When KSA and Ineum merged in January 2011, we knew we wanted to retain the core values of the two firms—yet collaboratively create something new,” he said. “High marks in firm leadership reflect our success in involving all of Kurt Salmon in the process of building an even stronger culture, united around excellence in client service.”

The rankings were based on a survey of nearly 13,000 consultants representing approximately 400 firms across all major industries. Kurt Salmon has been named one of the best firms for which to work seven times in the past 10 years.
