Management consulting firm Kurt Salmon is pleased to welcome Joël Nadjar as a partner and leader of its Global Financial Services Group.

Based out of the firm’s Paris office, Mr. Nadjar will bring his significant financial services experience to bear in delivering top-notch client results. He specializes in multichannel distribution models, banking mergers and business plans, service innovation, analytics, marketing and client relationship management, and banking and functional-architecture information technology for the private banking and asset management industries.

Mr. Nadjar joins Kurt Salmon from Accenture. In his tenure there, he led several programs, including large client services, analytical services, the financial services practice and a worldwide innovation program around next-generation banking. He is widely seen as a thought leader in the financial services industry, leading influential studies of customer behavior and banking trends. He is frequently quoted in leading publications such as Revue Banque, Talaris Interact and Le Figaro and has spoken at many industry conferences including Efma, Lafferty Group and the Microsoft Exchange Forum.
