On Monday, January 12th, from 10:30 am-11:30 am, Tom Cole, Kurt Salmon partner and retired CAO of Macy’s, will lead a panel discussion on the new roles and responsibilities of senior omnichannel executives at the NRF Big Show in New York.
The panel discussion, "Optimizing Omnichannel: Lessons and Insights from Industry Leaders," will include R. B. Harrison, chief omnichannel officer at Macy’s; Brent Kirby, chief omnichannel officer at Lowe’s; and Diane Ellis, chief executive officer of The Limited. They will discuss how omnichannel executives are working with the CEO and the broader leadership team to address key omnichannel questions, including the right organizational structure, channel performance metrics, and talent management and measurement.
The panel will be hosted in the Special Events Hall (1DMR) at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center (655 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001).
