The impact of mobile and digital technology on both the size and layout of grocery stores is the theme of a presentation Kurt Salmon Associate Partner Siobhan Gehin will be making at the Supermarkets conference in London on 5 June.

“The conference is a unique opportunity for retailers, planners and architects, among others, to get together and better understand the issues that will affect the building of supermarkets in the UK in the future", says Siobhan.  “I will be sharing Kurt Salmon thinking on the future for grocery retailing and how retailers need to adapt to consumers’ shopping needs within a multi-channel environment.”

Other speakers include representatives from Waitrose, ASDA and The Co-operative.
