To the British Red Cross, every crisis is personal – it’s not just the scale of the crisis that matters but the impact on the people affected.
We have been delighted to offer insight on a pro bono basis to the Retail division of the British Red Cross on issues around the ambitious plans for growing their business. We ran a workshop for senior members of the British Red Cross Retail division in August 2013 as part of our global Power Day, where all Kurt Salmon staff work for a charity for a day. We then followed it up with some focused support on developing measures to support the delivery of their in-store customer experience.
