Management consulting firm Kurt Salmon has named Andy Bachrodt as a senior partner in the firm’s Health Care Group.
Mr. Bachrodt, who also leads the group, has more than 25 years of experience advising the nation’s top academic medical centers, children’s hospitals, community hospitals, and regional and national multihospital systems. He has partnered with leaders of numerous hospitals and health systems to help them advance their strategy, navigate organizational change and better serve their communities.

Mr. Bachrodt specializes in strategic planning, organization and governance solutions, mergers, acquisitions and affiliation planning, facility and capital asset planning, and physician-hospital integration solutions. Prior to his appointment as managing partner for the group, he served as the national director of the group’s strategy practice.
