Mr. Bachrodt has 30 years of experience in health care strategy, operations and finance, including 10 years of executive management positions in hospitals with responsibility for strategic planning and operations. In his 20 years with Kurt Salmon, Mr. Bachrodt has worked with over eighty health care organizations in the development of strategic plans, mergers and acquisitions, strategic capital planning, and physician-hospital integration. He has participated as a member of the faculty for national and regional conferences with the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Medical Group Management Association and the CEO Roundtable, and he is a frequent facilitator for state hospital associations, industry groups and client organizations. His client base includes academic medical centers, national and regional multihospital systems, and community hospitals.
