Yogurt is soaring in popularity, and now Pepsi is entering the fray, according to a report on NPR Marketplace. Kurt Salmon retail strategist Bruce Cohen said the move makes sense as healthy foods increase in popularity. “There are times where it’s like, you know, I’ve had my fun. It’s time for something that Mom would want me to have,” he said in the report.
