What attracted you to Kurt Salmon?

In the first place, it was Kurt Salmon’s expertise and industry focus that caught my eye. However, Kurt Salmon’s attractive client portfolio and the possibility to work in different countries as well as with colleagues with different functional focus and its repeatedly winning in its category in the German “Hidden Champions” study on consulting firms made my choice even easier.

How has consulting been different than you anticipated?

The working atmosphere was something I had not expected to be as cooperative as it is at Kurt Salmon. Many colleagues here became friends and I am able to learn from their vast experience and expertise every day, both professionally and personally.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned at Kurt Salmon?

Take any challenges as an opportunity.
